Shipping Label Cropper

A free tool for anyone stuck with full-page shipping label PDFs and a 4×6 thermal label printer. Drop your PDF, we’ll find the label automatically using the tracking barcode, and you get a clean 4×6 PDF ready for your Rollo, Zebra, Dymo, or any other thermal label printer.

How it works

  1. Drop one PDF, or a whole batch.
  2. We auto-detect the label region around the tracking barcode.
  3. Manually fine-tune if anything’s off — drag, resize, done.
  4. Download a single 4×6 PDF, or get them all as a ZIP.

Why we built this

Most shipping platforms still spit out letter-size label PDFs even when you’ve told them you print on 4×6 thermal. Cropping each one by hand in Acrobat is slow and gets old fast. This does it in one click.

Your data stays yours

Every PDF you drop is processed entirely in your browser. Nothing gets uploaded, nothing gets stored, nothing leaves your computer. We don’t see your customer addresses, tracking numbers, or anything else.

Works with

Canada Post · USPS (Stamps.com, Pirate Ship, Shippo, ShipStation) · UPS · FedEx — basically any carrier label PDF with a standard tracking barcode.

Made by NOYO

The label you just cropped probably ends up on a mailer bag. We make those — recyclable mailer bags, paper tape, and gummed kraft tape, sized for shops that ship a lot of small orders. Browse packaging →
